Prime Minister Narendra Modi has returned from his visit to Ukraine this month and now discussions have started about President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to India. He may visit India by the end of the year.

This was said by Ukrainian Ambassador Oleksandr Polishchuk while talking to the media on Monday (September 9, 2024). He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to visit India.

The Ukrainian ambassador has expressed hope that President Zelensky may visit India by the end of the year. The Ukrainian ambassador also said that he would like to see President Zelensky in India.

The Ukrainian ambassador said that if President Zelensky comes to India, it will be a good step for the bilateral relations of the two countries. Also, both the leaders will be able to spend more time together.

Oleksandr Polishchuk further said that if the leaders of both countries spend more time together, they will also get an opportunity to discuss in detail how peace can be created in the world.

Many countries in the world like America, Italy feel that India can help in stopping the war between Russia and Ukraine in a peaceful manner because India has good relations with both the countries.
