Amit Shah Speech: Union Home Minister Amit Shah taunted former CM Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah on Friday (June 23) in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, without naming them.
BJP leader Amit Shah said in Srinagar, “There are many people in Jammu and Kashmir who have luxurious houses abroad, where did this money come from.” Many people used to go abroad for one and a half to two months vacation in summer. Where did the money come from? This money belonged to the poor and the farmers.
He said that the money that used to come earlier used to go to corruption, but did not go to the people. Now we are sending money to the beneficiaries through DBT.
What did Amit Shah say?
Shah said that the money given for the poor and farmers in Jammu and Kashmir is now going directly to those who are entitled to it. He said that change is coming in Jammu and Kashmir. I especially want to appeal to the youth here that you should join with the change. We have no future in stone pelting. We have no future in holding arms in hand.
Addressing a public meeting in Jammu on Friday, Shah also targeted Abdullah’s National Conference and Mufti’s People’s Democratic Party and asked who will take responsibility for the death of 42,000 people due to terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir?
He also claimed that after the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution in 2019, a new Jammu and Kashmir is taking shape, where terrorist activities have come down by 70 percent and incidents of stone-pelting have almost ended. .
