What is the whole matter?

In fact, in the New York court in America, seven people including Gautam Adani have been accused of bribery and fraud worth 265 million dollars (about Rs 2250 crore). These seven, including Gautam Adani, are accused of offering a bribe of more than $265 million to the officials to get the project of solar power plants worth $2 billion in the next 20 years.
