NIA Action in Pulwama: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has attached the property of an alleged terrorist in Lethpora area of ​​Pulwama district of South Kashmir. In fact, on the instructions of the NIA court in a case related to the terrorist attack on the CRPF center on 31 December 2017, the properties were sealed on Thursday morning. Officials said the property in the form of six shops built over five and a half marlas at Lethpora Avantipora was annexed by the NIA. The attached property belongs to Fayaz Ahmed Magrey, who is an accused in NIA Case No.1. Its RC pertains to the fidayeen attack on CRPF Group Center in December 2017.
Five CRPF jawans lost their lives and three others were injured in the attack by three terrorists. Three Jaish terrorists, including 16-year-old Fardeen Ahmed Khande and two Pakistani terrorists, attacked the CRPF group centre. All the three terrorists were killed in a day-long operation by the security forces.
The four accused were identified
Fardeen was the son of a police constable. The NIA had filed a charge sheet in August 2019 in a special court in Jammu against four accused who helped in the attack. The four have been identified as Fayaz Ahmad Magrey, resident of Lethpora, Awantipora, Nisar Ahmad Tantre, resident of Dar Ganai Gund, Tral, Awantipora, Syed Hilal Andrabi, resident of Ratnipora, Pulwama and Irshad Ahmad Reshi, resident of Ratnipora, Pulwama. It is being told that the attached property belongs to Fayaz Ahmad Magrey, who is an accused in case number 1 of NIA. Its RC pertains to the fidayeen attack on CRPF Group Center in December 2017.
