Lawrence Bishnoi: There was a rift between the Special Cell of Punjab Police and Delhi Police regarding gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Sources told ABP News that Lawrence Bishnoi was to be brought to Delhi on Tuesday (July 4), but Punjab Police cited non-availability of force.
Because of this, Bishnoi will not be able to come to Delhi for the next several days. Sources said that since Monday evening (July 3), the special cell was present in Bathinda, Punjab, to bring Bishnoi to Delhi. The second production warrant against Bishnoi was only till Tuesday, which has now lapsed.
In such a situation, Delhi Police will have to approach the court for the production warrant for the third time to take Bishnoi into custody.
What have security agencies found?
Security agencies have received inputs that Lawrence Bishnoi is in danger. For this reason, a heavy force of Punjab Police is also needed to bring him from Punjab to Delhi, but the police cited non-availability of force for the second time.
