But you may be surprised to know that not only allopathy but also excessive use of Ayurveda can cause its side effects. According to a study, long-term use of Ayurveda herbal medicines can cause health problems.

The purpose of Ayurvedic herbs is not to prevent disease but to prevent disease. Dr.Radhamani gives both yes and no answer. They say that some herbs are mild and some herbs are very strong. Mild herbs are considered safe for health while strong herbs are not safe for everyone. Dr. Radhamani says that like allopathic medicines, there should be strict rules on Ayurvedic medicines in India. There are many such medicines which are easily available over the counter, which people are buying and eating without thinking anything in the name of Ayurveda. But don’t consume Ayurvedic medicines without knowing whether it is right for you or not.
