Those who get heart attack, more than half of them die at home, do you know what is the reason?

Death Due To Heart Attack: These days, many such footages are seen on social media in which a person of any age or class suddenly leaves life while talking. Most of the time the reason is heart attack or cardiac arrest. After which people’s curiosity about heart attack has increased a lot. Most people are also unaware that life is possible even after a heart attack. After a heart attack, if a person gets treatment in time, then he can live a normal life to a great extent. This does not happen due to lack of information and after heart attack, more than half of the people die in their own homes.

the first hour is important

It is very important to get treatment in the first hour after a heart attack. AIIMS doctors also conducted a study in this regard. According to the report of Indian Express, there were many shocking results in this study. Many people do not understand the seriousness of cardiac arrest or heart attack. Because of which the patient has to lose his life. According to the study, only 10.8 per cent people reach the hospital on time i.e. within an hour. Delay in getting treatment is the reason for 55 percent of deaths. Due to not understanding the seriousness of the disease or due to financial constraints, people avoid going to the hospital and suffer the consequences.

In this study, doctors have also emphasized that it is very important for people to be aware of this merge. They have to explain why the first hour is so important for the patient’s life. Funded by the Indian Council for Medical Research, this study was done in three tehsils of Faridabad district of Haryana and these results came out.
