3. Drink a lot of water during summer. This can reduce your risk of UTI.
4. Do not eat spicy food or spicy food in excess, as it can increase the risk of UTI.

To flush out toxins from the body, drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water. Do walking or any aerobic exercise for at least 45 minutes daily. Avoid any type of intoxication or caffeine, which can dehydrate you. Do not hold urine for a long time. Due to which the formation of bacteria due to the development of UTI can be avoided," Dr. Ashish Chaurasia said.
How many times this disease can happen
UTI when the problem can occur more than 2 times in 6 months or more than 3 times in a year. These infections are frequent because they are caused by a bacteria called Escherichia coli, which lives in the intestinal system. If E. coli travels from the rectum to the vagina, it enters the athera and causes an infection in the gallbladder.
