Calls were coming even after giving information several times

Nilesh Mishra said that after his mother’s death, this phone number was blocked. The company was informed about this. But even today my father keeps getting calls from Airtel customer service. After this Airtel wrote that we apologize for the pain caused to you due to the call made by us. We had no such intention. We have updated your records. Also, we will ensure that after today no call is made to your father in this regard. We can understand the pain you and your family have suffered due to this communication gap. Please accept our apology.
