The court acknowledged that Chae Tae-won’s business holdings and wealth increased significantly during the marriage. The court also acknowledged that Roh Soh-yong made a significant contribution to this success by taking care of her family, raising children and fulfilling social responsibilities. On the basis of this, it was decided to give a large part of the marital property to the businessman.
