When is Shani Trayodashi in December, do Shani’s remedy in Shani temple on this day

Shani Trayodashi is considered an important day in Hindu religion. A devotee who observes fast and worships on this day gets freedom from problems. Along with Shani Dev, Mahadev is also worshiped on Trayodashi date. In the month of December, Shani Trayodashi will fall on 28 December 2024.

Pradosh fast is also observed on Trayodashi date, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. When Trayodashi Tithi falls on Saturday, Shani Trayodashi is celebrated on this day. This is also called Shani Pradosh Vrat.

Astrologer Anish Vyas tells that on Shani Trayodashi one should go to Shani temple and offer mustard oil, black sesame seeds and blue flowers on the idol of Shani Dev. By this remedy one gets the blessings of Shani Dev.

Keep a fast on the day of Shani Trayodashi and in the evening a mustard oil lamp should be lit under the Peepal tree. Shani Dev is pleased by these measures taken on Shani Troyadashi.

To reduce the effect of Shani Dosh, Sadesati or Dhaiya, you can donate things related to Shani like black sesame, black cloth, black urad, mustard oil, iron, shoes and slippers on Shani Trayodashi.

Shani Trayodashi falling in December will also be the last Saturday of the year 2024. In such a situation, on this day you must go to Shani temple and have darshan of Shani Dev and with folded hands ask for blessings of auspiciousness and positivity for the coming new year. But keep in mind that at the time of prayer, do not stand in front of Shani Dev and look into his eyes. Rather sit down and pray.
