When the mother of the innocent people in jail pleaded to Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya for justice, the police started the investigation again and got the innocent people released from jail and arrested the BJP leader who hatched the conspiracy and his associates and sent them to jail. This entire case is from Chandausi area of ​​Sambhal. On the night of 27th July, in Chandausi Kotwali area of ​​Sambhal, BJP leader Prem Pal informed the police that some people had stopped him on the way and attacked him and he was shot. Prem Pal is the city president of BJP Scheduled Caste Front in Chandausi. Hearing this news, the police swung into action and the BJP leader was admitted to the hospital for treatment and three attackers named Dilip, Hemant and Shyamlal were arrested on 29th July and the police claimed that these people had attacked BJP leader Prem Pal and the police sent all three to jail.

After this, Dilip and Hemant’s mother pleaded with the officials that her sons were innocent but no one listened to her, after which she pleaded for justice to UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya. On the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister, the police started investigating the case again and released the three innocent people from jail and arrested BJP leader Prem Pal and his three companions.

Chandausi CO Pradeep Kumar said that earlier, in the complaint filed by Prem Pal’s brother, three named accused Dilip, Hemant and Shyamlal were arrested and sent to jail. When three teams investigated thoroughly again, it was found that the injured BJP leader Prem Pal himself had conspired and got a bullet mark made on his back by two compounders and planted the bullet in it. When these facts came to light in the investigation, Dilip, Hemant and Shyamlal, who were named by the court, were released from jail from court custody and the conspirator BJP leader Prem Pal, his associates Rahul, Amir and Sharafat were arrested with a warrant from the court and another accused Jaiveer is being searched. Raids are being conducted at his possible hideouts.
