The three-storey house built on about 600 square feet land of alias Kanja was demolished.

Kanja had built a three-storey house including the ground floor with the illegal earnings of the drug business without permission from the Municipal Corporation. He had also taken out the balcony of the house on the way of traffic. The estimated cost of this demolished house is about one crore Stated Rs.

Forty-year-old Shahzad alias Kanja has about 16 criminal cases registered against him, including illegal drug business, attempt to murder, illegal extortion, Arms Act, bombing, assault. This action was taken on the instructions of Collector Saurabh Kumar Suman and Superintendent of Police TK Vidyarthi. CSP Gohalpur Akhilesh Gaur, Naib Tehsildar Adhartal Suresh Soni, Police Station Incharge Gohalpur Vijay Tiwari, Police Station Incharge Hanumantal Umesh Golhani, Women Police Station Incharge Preeti Tiwari, Municipal Corporation Encroachment Squad Incharge Sagar Borkar were present on the spot. According to the police, Kanja runs a large network of selling drug injections in the area. A few months ago, the police arrested Shahzad and 20 accused involved in his business. He came out after being released on bail. After that he again got involved in the drug business. The police is now examining the horoscopes of his other associates.
