Astrologer Peethadhishwar Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, who is running a public awareness campaign demanding the status of Mother Cow, reached Baraut in Baghpat. When Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati reached the office of Sarva Samaj Utthan Samiti located at Kotana Road in Baraut, the people of the society welcomed him by showering flowers. During this, he said that mother cow is not just a matter of faith but is the basis of Indian culture, tradition and rural economy.

Demand to declare mother cow as the mother of the nation

Shankaracharya said that he is carrying out a Jan Jagran Yatra across the state to give Mother Cow the status of Mother of the Nation. He claimed that till now he has reached around 200 assembly constituencies and communicated with the people. He said that we are inspiring people to vote for the protection of cow in this election and to put pressure on calling them cow as mother.
