To hide their negligence, the doctors of the private hospital referred the body of the deceased to another hospital for treatment. The incident came to light when doctors from another hospital told that the patient had died long ago.

The old man’s leg was fractured
This case is of Nagar police station area of ​​Basti, where an elderly woman, Taruvaninsha, suffered a fracture in her leg. For her treatment, the family took the elderly woman to the hospital, and the doctors admitted her.

Doctors told that the old man will have to be operated on, but he is lacking in blood and platelets. Family members say that when the elderly woman Taruvaninsha was lacking blood and platelets in her body, the doctors should not have operated on her.

Hospital referred dead body
Complainant Ablud Majeed said that some people negligently operated on his patient and referred him when his condition worsened. Ablud Majeed told that we had come to get his leg operated, but the doctors took his life. He told that after the death of the patient, the hospital operators referred the dead body.

After the death of patient Taruvaninsha, the family protested fiercely after keeping the dead body and made serious allegations against the hospital. The victim’s family lodged an FIR against the concerned hospital and demanded strict action.

The private hospital operator claimed that the patient’s health condition was already serious. He told that when his condition started getting worse during the operation, he was referred, but his family delayed taking him. There is no negligence of the hospital in this.
