Delhi News: Regarding International Yoga Day, preparations are on in full swing from India to America. At the same time, just before Yoga Day in the capital Delhi, the reaction of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has come. Arvind Kejriwal, without naming the BJP, accused the BJP that it had stopped free yoga classes in Delhi, due to which many people were unhappy. Who benefited from this?
CM Kejriwal tweeted, “Tomorrow is International Yoga Day. This day inspires us to do yoga. 2 years ago Delhi government started free yoga classes for Delhiites and around 17000 people started doing yoga regularly.” Last year, they (Bharatiya Janata Party) stopped yoga classes, due to which many people were saddened, but what benefited them from this and should such public welfare programs be stopped?”
Regarding the allegation of closure of yoga classes, the Delhi CM said that the day free yoga classes will be started again for the people of Delhi, that day will be Yoga Day for me. Apart from this, he also said, “But if there is good intention then God also supports us. They stopped us in Delhi, we started free yoga classes in Punjab. I am happy that it is getting tremendous support from people in Punjab.”
Bharatiya Janata Party retaliated
On the other hand, on this statement of Delhi CM, Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Khemchand Sharma said to ABP Live, “Aam Aadmi Party makes such a statement on every such auspicious occasion, then why not say so on the occasion of International Yoga Day.” Will go. This is a moment of pride for the whole world as well as for India. Such statement on this occasion is an insult to the whole country. If Delhi government wants to teach yoga, then definitely teach it. This is a welcome initiative, but before that take administrative approval If the Aam Aadmi Party, instead of spreading politics and anarchy, does any work according to the rules, the BJP will welcome it.”
