Haryana Assembly Election 2024: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who is campaigning for the elections, on Saturday fiercely targeted the BJP government of Haryana. He said that the unemployment rate in Haryana is five times higher. The Chief Minister was doing a road show in Rewari assembly constituency. He appealed to the people to vote in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party on October 5. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann claimed that the youth are troubled by unemployment in the state.
The Punjab Chief Minister said that unemployed youth in Haryana are not getting jobs. According to the report of the central agency, the rate of unemployment in Haryana is five times higher than the whole country. The Chief Minister also raised questions on the Agneepath scheme for recruitment in the army. He said that the Agniveer who is recruited at the age of 18 will retire by the time he reaches the age of 21. He demanded from the central government to restore the old recruitment scheme in the army.

He claimed that 45 thousand youths were given government jobs in the two and a half years of its tenure. Government schools in the neighbouring state are better than private schools. Medical services have been provided to two crore people so far by establishing 840 Mohalla clinics.

The Chief Minister said that the AAP governments in Punjab and Delhi made electricity free for the people. In both the states, 90 percent of the houses are not getting electricity bills. He said that the assembly elections are for your children. Give the Aam Aadmi Party, which is contesting the elections, a chance to serve. Let us tell you that in Haryana, the opposition has made unemployment and Agneepath Yojana the main issues of the elections. Aam Aadmi Party has fielded Satish Yadav from Rewari.
