Big decision of Jharkhand government! The compulsion to pass 10-12 from the state is over, the old rules came into force

Jharkhand News: The Jharkhand government has removed that provision from more than a dozen recruitment rules, in which it was mandatory for general category candidates to pass 10th and 12th from Jharkhand’s schools and colleges. With this, the way has been cleared for the appointment of about 20 thousand posts. The recruitment process for these posts is likely to start in two months.

At the same time, a dozen appointment rules are pending in which action is being taken to remove this provision. Some of these manuals are in the Personnel or Law Department, while some have been sent to the cabinet for approval. The amendment in these rules will pave the way for the appointment of about 50 thousand more posts. In this, the appointment of about 25 thousand posts of assistant teachers is also included in the first phase.

Relaxation was given to reserved category candidates.

In fact, the state government had earlier made it mandatory to pass matriculation and intermediate from educational institutions of Jharkhand to give priority to local youth in appointment to third class posts in the planning policy. Reserved category candidates were given relaxation in this. This provision was included in the appointment rules related to all Class III posts, but after the Jharkhand High Court canceled the planning policy last year, the state government removed this provision in the new planning policy. After this, the process of removing this provision was started in the appointment rules.
