Big revelation in the murder of an old man in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi, this is why the son killed him

Delhi Murder Case: The police team of New Ashok Nagar police station of Delhi has claimed to have solved the murder of an old man in his own house in just six hours. In this case, the police has arrested the accused son, who, in greed for property, brutally stabbed his own father to death and then staged a false drama of his death by unknown people.

But his story did not last long before the police and he was soon exposed. The arrested accused in this case has been identified as Mahesh Thakur while the deceased elderly man has been identified as Gautam Thakur (70).

The body of an elderly man was found lying soaked in blood on the bed

DCP East said that the police of New Ashok Nagar police station received information from a PCR call about the murder of an elderly person in a house. The police team that reached the spot found that a 70-year-old elderly man was lying soaked in blood on the first floor of the house and he had stab wounds in his stomach below his ribs.

The son had made up a false story

The deceased’s son and caller Mahesh Thakur told the police that at 6:15 am he heard some noise coming from his father’s room. When he reached his room, two unknown men pushed him and attacked him with a knife and fled. He also got injured on his left hand in this attack. He found his father lying dead in the bed.

The case was investigated under the supervision of ACP

On this, he called his elder brother and relatives, after which he informed the police about the incident through PCR call. In this case, a case was registered under sections of murder under the Indian Justice Code and investigation was started. For this, Special Staff Police was also engaged in the investigation of the case under the supervision of ACP Kalyanpuri and a team led by SHO Darpan Singh.

Why did the son kill his elderly father?

During the initial investigation, the police found a lot of irregularities and discrepancies in the story and statement of the complainant. When the police questioned him deeply and strictly, he broke down and confessed his crime and told that his father had helped his elder brother to buy a property in New Ashok Nagar by selling a property two years ago, while he did not get anything.

Recently he came to know that his father was going to sell the house in which he was living. He was very hurt by his father’s plan to sell the house secretly along with his elder brother and feeling cheated and worried about his family’s future, he planned to kill his father and when everyone in the house was sleeping, he killed his father with a kitchen knife.

After his disclosure in this case, the police arrested him and on his information, the knife used in the murder was recovered from a water tank placed on the roof adjacent to the roof of the house. Further investigation is going on in this case.
