On Wednesday and Thursday (8-9 April), people of most districts of Bihar have been advised to remain alert from thunderstorms and hailstorm. Today, there is a possibility of light or moderate rainfall or cloud cover in all the districts of the state. While there has been a warning of lightning at some places, strong winds with a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour are expected in most of the districts. The Meteorological Department has predicted a drop in temperature with clouds remaining in all the districts till tonight.
Strong possibility of hailstorm in many districts of Bihar
A special press release has been issued by Meteorological Center Patna. According to him, due to the combined effect of Western Disturbance and moist air coming from the Bay of Bengal, favorable weather conditions are being created over Bihar. Along with this, due to the effect of active cyclonic circulation in the state, considerable instability has developed in the atmosphere. Due to these circumstances, there is a strong possibility of thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds at a speed of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour and hailstorm at some places in most of the districts of the state for three-four days.
Meteorological Department’s special advice to farmers
Its intensity is likely to be higher on April 8 and 9. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a high possibility of hailstorm in all the districts of North Bihar. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has given special advice to the people to remain alert and especially to the farmers to store the ripe crops and the crops kept in the fields. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will be very bad in entire Bihar for 2 days.
How is the weather condition in different districts of Bihar?
Rain was recorded at many places last Monday but there was not much rain. Maximum rainfall between 4.2 mm to 12 mm has been recorded in Gaya. Light rainfall was recorded at many places while Aurangabad also received rainfall ranging between 4.2 mm to 8.02 mm. Whereas, 6.2 mm light rainfall was recorded in Nawada, 6 mm in Nalanda and 4.4 mm in Jamui.
Apart from this, light rainfall was also recorded in Munger, Banka, Shekhpura but clouds were forming at many places and the temperature dropped by 2 to 3 degrees. The state’s highest temperature of 35.8 degrees Celsius was recorded in Bhabua. The lowest maximum temperature of the day was recorded at 31.01 degrees Celsius in Kishanganj, while the day temperature in most of the districts of the state was between 32 to 33 degrees.
Possibility of light rain in Patna
It was cloudy in the capital Patna on Monday. Due to this the maximum and minimum temperatures dropped. Season According to the forecast of the department, there will be partly cloudy sky in the capital on Tuesday also. During this period, light rain may occur at one or two places in the district. The maximum temperature of Patna dropped by 0.8 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature dropped by 1.2 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of the capital was recorded at 34.4 degrees Celsius.
