Independent MP from Purnia seat of Bihar, Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav has allegedly received a death threat from a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. This claim has been made in a complaint lodged with Delhi Police on Thursday.
Yadav’s personal assistant (PA) Mohammad Sadiq Alam, who lodged the complaint at the Connaught Place police station, said that on Thursday he received two messages on his mobile phone, in which the sender, claiming to be a member of the Bishnoi gang, threatened to kill Yadav. Gave.
Citing the complaint, Alam said that the first message was received at 2.25 in the night while the second came at 9.49 in the morning. Alam said that after informing senior officials, he immediately informed the police about the matter.

On November 2, Bihar Police had claimed to have arrested a man from the national capital, who, posing as an aide of jailed gangster Bishnoi, had recently threatened Yadav over phone.
