Political rhetoric continues on the decision of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in Rajya Sabha. Meanwhile, the reaction of Prashant Kishor’s party Jansuraj has come to light. Bihar Jansuraj President Manoj Bharti said that Prashant Kishore had already clearly said that Nitish Kumar will not remain CM for five years. Now the truth of this has come to light.
Manoj Bharti further said that before the elections, people’s votes were bought by paying Rs 10,000 each. He said that once again the people of Bihar are feeling cheated. The people of Bihar had voted in the name of Nitish Kumar. Now Nitish Kumar is going to Delhi. Nitish Kumar is seeing the situation getting out of his hands.
Manoj Bharti said these things while talking to Live Cities. Let us tell you that Nitish Kumar has filed nomination for Rajya Sabha. Elections are to be held on March 16 for the five vacant Rajya Sabha seats of Bihar.
A total of six candidates are in the fray from Bihar for five Rajya Sabha seats. Nitish Kumar is going to Rajya Sabha in place of the current Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Harivansh. Harivansh and Ramnath Thakur are retiring from JDU. JDU has again made Ramnath Thakur its candidate. Ramnath Thakur is currently a minister at the Centre.
There has been no formal announcement yet on who will be the CM of Bihar after Nitish Kumar goes to Rajya Sabha, but it is believed that this time the Chief Minister will be from BJP’s quota. Nitish’s son Nishant Kumar, who has joined active politics, can be given the post of Deputy CM. Nishant Kumar took membership of JDU on 8 March.
