RAF detained farmers who reached Delhi’s Kisan Ghat, US-India trade deal in progress

Farmers are protesting at Kisan Ghat in Delhi today (Tuesday, July 21) against the trade deal between India and America. The farmers who reached Kisan Ghat were taken into custody by the Rapid Action Force (RAF) as soon as the protest started. Both Delhi Police and RAF personnel are deployed at the site. It is being told that the farmers were taken away from there in the buses parked there.

At the same time, the farmers who were coming from Haryana and Punjab have been stopped at the borders of Delhi. Farmers are being prevented from reaching Kisan Ghat.

Why do farmers want to cancel the trade deal?

During a special conversation with ABP News, the farmers said that they do not accept this trade deal. With this agreement, farmers will not get fair prices for their crops. This will cause huge loss to the farmers. For this reason the trade deal agreement should be cancelled.

Security increased at Kisan Ghat

In view of the farmers’ protest, security has been increased at Kisan Ghat. Along with the police, RAF personnel have also been deployed there. Farmers coming from Haryana, Punjab and UP have been stopped at the Delhi border.

Farmers and police face to face in Karnal

Farmers have reached Bastada toll plaza in Karnal. During this time, farmers and police have come face to face. There is a jam on the National Highway. Actually, the farmers were marching towards Delhi and the police and CRPF personnel stopped them, after which there was a jam.

We will solve problems together – Ashok Mittal

BJP MP Ashok Mittal has given a big statement regarding farmers. He said that farmers are coming towards Delhi border. We should solve their problems together. He claims that JP Nadda had called the farmers for discussion. In such a situation, when the atmosphere is going well then it should not be spoiled. The youth of India will not do anything that is not in the national interest.
