Sushil Modi demands CM to sack Tejashwi from cabinet, reminds JDU’s stand

Patna: Former Deputy Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha member Sushil Kumar Modi said on Monday that a charge sheet has been filed against Tejashwi Yadav. In this case, the names of Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi are already in the charge sheet. Nitish Kumar should sack Tejashwi Yadav from the cabinet. Let me remind him that when the charge sheet was filed against Lalu Yadav, Nitish Kumar’s party had demanded his sacking.

‘Charge sheet against Lalu-Rabri has been filed long ago’

Sushil Kumar Modi said that the supplementary charge sheet has been filed by the CBI in the land scam case today. He said that it is not related to the opposition unity meeting. In this case, the charge sheet against Lalu-Rabri has been filed long back. JDU National President Lalan Singh had made all the documents available to the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Nitish Kumar should sack Tejashwi immediately after the CBI filed a charge sheet against Tejashwi Yadav.

The BJP leader said that this land scam is related to Tejashwi Yadav’s 150 crore New Friends Colony D-1088 located in New Delhi, which was bought by Tejashwi Yadav through AB Export Private Limited for just four lakhs. Tejashwi Yadav has been questioned several times in this whole matter and Lalu-Rabri-Misa Bharti has already been chargesheeted and is out on bail. Let us tell you that now the Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a second charge sheet in the Land for Job scam case in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday. The CBI has filed a charge sheet against Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi.
