Delhi News: Farmers of more than 39 villages of Greater Noida, adjacent to Delhi, were protesting against the Authority for 61 days for their many demands. During this he also faced many challenges. With the Mahapanchayat in the village, the demonstration of the farmers continued continuously even in the scorching heat, sun and rain, but now the struggle of the farmers has started paying off. In view of the demand of the farmers, it has now been decided to form a committee. This committee will include the UP Industrial Development Minister, members of the authority and farmers’ representatives of Gautam Budh Nagar. In view of this decision, the farmers have postponed their protest till July 15.
Farmers of more than 39 villages of Greater Noida have been protesting against the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority for 61 days, demanding circle rate compensation, 10 percent population plot and immediate resolution of other problems related to farmer interest and employment for family members. The ongoing sit-in demonstration under the leadership of All India Kisan Sabha got the support of other farmer organizations as well as the local leaders of Communist Party and Congress Party. During this, the farmers also got the support of youth and women. Inspite of heavy heat, rain and many challenges, hundreds of farmers persevered day and night against the authority and finally it has been decided that a committee will be formed to consider the demand of the farmers, in which Industrial Development Minister, members of the authority And the farmer representatives will take a unanimous decision.

For the last 61 days, the farmers of Noida were on strike against the authority. Now the farmers have given their consent to the proposal of the government to set up a committee to solve the problem. The farmers of All India Kisan Sabha have agreed to this and have also decided to celebrate Victory Day. Kisan Sabha spokesperson Dr. Rupesh Verma said during a conversation with ABP Live that . We accept the decision to constitute the committee. We hope that a suitable decision will be reached by consensus at the earliest.
Agitation suspended till July 15
Kisan Sabha spokesperson Rupesh Verma said that we are fighting for our rights, which is a serious issue related to our future. Now, Kisan Sabha, we postpone this movement till 15th July and before that there will be a mahapanchayat of farmers. We are sure that this committee will take appropriate decision for the farmers living in the rural areas of Greater Noida.
