How does the feature work?

1. When you select an image to share, an option called ‘Photo Quality’ appears on the screen.
2. It has two options – Standard Quality (1600×1052) and HD Quality (4096×2692). You can choose your favourite.
3. Note that Standard Quality is the default option for all photo types, and you’ll need to manually select “HD” every time you want to send an HD quality photo.

Some users who have installed WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.12.13 update from Google Play Store and WhatsApp beta from TestFlight app for iOS 23.11.0.76 firmware may experience this feature.
