‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’ based on ‘The Vampire Diaries’ is going to close in June 2023. This show started on 13 April 2023 itself. Now this show is going to go off-air. The sad thing is that the audience could not connect with the show at all. The TRP of the show not only fell, but the show was also trolled badly on social media. Now Reem Shaikh has spoken to ETimes about its flop, confirming the show to be off air.

Reem Shaikh said, “We all knew from the beginning that this was a 52-episode limited show. The show has done well on the online platform of the channel and we have given our best. The whole team worked hard. It doesn’t matter if a show doesn’t connect with the TV audience. We win some and lose some.”

There was a lot of comparison between ‘The Vampire Show’ and ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’ on social media. To this Reem said, “It may seem so, but as long as people are getting entertained by watching the show, I am happy.” Talking about the story of ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’, it is shown in the show that Gashmeer and Karan’s heart falls on Sheikh, like it happened in ‘Vampire Show’.
