Israel–Hezbollah War: After the Israeli attack in Lebanon, the crisis in the Middle East has deepened once again. Because Hezbollah has started retaliatory attacks to avenge the killing of its commander. Hezbollah has claimed that it has fired 320 rockets at Israel. On the other hand, the Israeli army has indicated that most of its attacks on Hezbollah are concentrated in southern Lebanon, but it has warned that attacks will be carried out in all those places where the threat has been identified.

1. On Sunday (25 August), the Middle East was caught in a deep crisis when the Israeli army started continuous air strikes against Lebanon. In response, Hezbollah launched a large number of drone and rocket attacks.
2. The Israel Defense Forces said, “The IDF has identified the Hezbollah terrorist organization preparing to fire missiles and rockets toward Israeli territory. In response to these threats, the IDF is targeting terrorist targets in Lebanon.”
3. Meanwhile, Hezbollah said it fired more than 320 Katyusha rockets towards Israel and struck 11 military targets in what it called the “first phase” of a response to the killing of its top commander in an attack in a Beirut suburb last month.
4. Last month, Lebanon launched a missile attack on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, killing 12 youths. In response to this attack, the Israeli army killed Shukar, a senior Hezbollah commander in Beirut.
5. On the other hand, the situation worsened further with the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniya in Tehran, due to which Iran vowed to retaliate against Israel. Hezbollah responded to Israeli attacks on Hamas gunmen on October 7 by firing missiles at Israeli targets. Now the firing between the two sides continues.
