Hamas government chief Rawi Mushtaha killed, 2 big leaders also killed in Gaza – Israel claims

IDF Eliminated Rawhi Mushtaha: The Israeli army said on Thursday, October 3 that it killed Hamas government head Rawi Mushtaha and two senior security officials in airstrikes in Gaza three months ago. This attack was carried out on an underground base in northern Gaza, which was the command and control center of Hamas.

Along with Mushtaha, other Hamas commanders Sameh al-Siraj and Sami Odeh were also taking shelter in that hideout. The Israeli army claimed that the attack took place while they were present there. Mushtaha was one of the key leaders of Hamas and had major influence on decisions related to the organization’s force deployment.

Approximately 3 months ago, in a joint IDF and ISA strike in Gaza, the following terrorists were eliminated:

Hamas security chief also died

Sameh al-Siraj, who headed the security department of Hamas’ political office, was also killed in the attack. According to the army, Mushtaha was considered close to key Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, who is believed to be involved in planning the October 7 attack on Israel. Sinwar is still believed to be hiding in Gaza. There has been no official statement or reaction from Hamas after the attack.

Hamas terrorists also end in West Bank

Another Hamas terrorist from the West Bank, Abdul Aziz Salha, was also killed in the Israeli attack. Salah was convicted of the murder of two Israeli soldiers in Ramallah in 2000 and sentenced to life imprisonment, but was released in a prisoner exchange in 2011.

He was killed on Thursday in an attack on a tent near Gaza’s al-Akluk school, where many displaced Palestinians were taking shelter. In 2000, an angry mob in the West Bank city of Ramallah captured two Israeli soldiers, took them to a police station, and killed them.
