According to the information, Prime Minister Kishida Fumio had ordered the Japanese destroyer JS Sazanami to pass through the Taiwan Strait.

Joint exercise will be held in South China Sea

The Japanese Navy will participate in joint exercises with the navies of Australia and New Zealand in the South China Sea on Thursday. In this connection, Japan’s destroyer started its route towards the Taiwan Strait to go towards the East China Sea. Apart from Japan, Australian and New Zealand naval ships have also passed through the Taiwan Strait.

China has a land dispute with all its neighbouring countries including India. Due to this, China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) intrudes into the areas almost every day to trouble them. China has always considered Taiwan as its part. Due to this, it also considers the Taiwan Strait as its part. This step of Japan is being considered right, because if there is no response to the Chinese intrusion, Beijing will get encouragement and it will do such acts again.
