The aim of ‘Northern Joint-2024’ is to deepen the level of strategic coordination between the Chinese and Russian armies. Along with this, their ability to jointly respond to security threats is to be increased. This military exercise also includes maritime patrol, for which the naval fleets of China and Russia will patrol the Pacific region. Along with this, the Russian army will organize the ‘Dayang-2024’ strategic exercise this year, in which the Chinese army will go to Russia to participate.
