‘Sir, you gave him a chance’, when Arshad Nadeem won gold, Shahbaz Sharif started taking credit, users said

Pakistani PM trolled: Pakistan’s javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has created history by winning the gold medal in the Paris Olympics. After which people have been congratulating him. During this time, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif was trolled on social media when a video of him celebrating the country’s first gold medal in the Olympics by taking credit for it went viral.

A video is going viral on the social media platform ‘X’. In this, a person sitting next to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulates Nadeem on winning the gold. He says, “Congratulations Sir, Pakistan Zindabad. It is your vision Sir, you gave it a chance.” However, after this video went viral, PM Sharif was heavily criticized on social media.

Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif trolled

Pakistan leader Rana Masood shared a video with PM Shahbaz Sharif, after which social media was flooded with memes in which he is crediting Shahbaz Sharif for giving Nadeem the opportunity to participate in the Paris Olympics. Masood and Sharif are seen in the video, in which they are seen celebrating Nadeem winning his first Olympic gold medal with a record-breaking 92.97 meter throw.

Arshad and the country were insulted by PM Sharif

Meanwhile, Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif had to face severe criticism from X for posting for Nadeem Ashraf. In which a user tweeted, “Look at his mentality! Why would you upload a picture of giving him a cheque of Rs 10 lakh? Stupid and foolish. Another user called it an insult to Arshad and the country. He said, “You should be ashamed that you are showing the world that you once gave him Rs 10 lakh for his great achievement, in which the government had no contribution.

PM Sharif should recommend Nadeem Ashraf to target Imtiaz

While a third user wrote, “This is such a shame. Everyone knows Arshad’s struggle and even his house reveals it. Another user requested the Prime Minister to remove the picture. He posted, “Prime Minister ji, at least congratulate him politely… What this boy has done is priceless. Recommend him for Nishane Imtiaz.
