Strong attack on American military base in Iraq, flames seen after 7 explosions

Erbil: The big news of this time is coming from Iraq. Here a series of explosions took place near the US Army military base in Erbil, northern Iraq. According to the information, these attacks were seen just a few hours after the US Army announced the end of 13 consecutive nights of attacks against Iran. An Associated Press (AP) journalist heard at least seven explosions in the city of Irbil, the capital of Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdish region, at around 9:30 a.m. local time. During this time, plumes of black smoke were seen rising into the sky from areas near or inside the military base.

America attacked Iran

In fact, the attacks have intensified in the fight between America and Iran for control of the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian state media reported that the US bombing killed four people and injured nine. The US Central Command said that this latest attack was done to further weaken Iran’s ability to threaten civilian sailors and commercial ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
