Iran’s ambassador said, ‘This issue is not a border issue. There is no land issue. This is just a matter of honor and identity. But the important thing is that the Sunnah of Allah Taala will remain true.

Iran will achieve success through prayers: Fatahali

He said, ‘In the month of Ramadan, America and Israel have attacked Iran’s sovereignty, they attacked civilian targets. This attack took place at a time when the diplomatic process was going on between Iran and America. There was talk on the issue of nuclear weapons, which shows that America cannot be trusted. We want to tell the international community that Iran wants peace. Iran has acted with great responsibility. Today once again it has been proved that the Zionist regime is not trustworthy.

Apart from this he said, ‘We have made every possible effort to prevent war but now we have to prepare our country. Iran has the right to defend itself under Article 51 of the UN Charter. He will adopt whatever means are available to protect himself. Iran’s military capability is completely ready, just as we were ready for negotiation, similarly we are now ready for rescue as well. Iran has made it clear that if there are military attacks on us, we will also target their legitimate targets.
