US deploys 6 B-52 nuclear attack bombers in the Middle East

Iran-Israel War: Tension is continuously increasing in the war between Israel and Iran. Amidst this increasing tension, America has deployed six B-52 bomber planes in the Middle East. This has been confirmed by Air and Space Forces magazine quoting American officials. It is noteworthy that the B-52 bomber aircraft is not only capable of conventional bombing, apart from this it also has the capability of carrying out nuclear attack.

It is being said that after the Israeli attack, the Iranian Army is preparing to bomb Israel once again to take revenge of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. In such a situation, it is feared that if Iran tries to attack Israel for the third time, America may bomb Iran with B-52 bomber aircraft.

American Central Command announced

US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that a group of B-52 bomber planes has been delivered to the Middle East on Sunday. However, the exact number of bomber aircraft was not confirmed. Air & Space Forces magazine said the US has sent a total of six B-52s and an additional squadron of F-15E Strike Eagles. Apart from this, more aerial refueling tankers have also been deployed in the said aircraft.

However, the magazine’s sources did not have information on where the bombers transferred from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota would be deployed. At the same time, a cargo plane has been deployed in Qatar’s largest American airbase, Al Udeid.

America deployed these weapons in the Middle East

America is continuously increasing its capabilities amid increasing conflict and tension with Iran. The Pentagon announced that the US has also sent a destroyer, bomber and several fighter planes to the Middle East, while a carrier attack group led by the US aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln is preparing to depart.
