Interarch Building Products has fixed the price band of shares in the IPO. The company has fixed the price band of shares with a face value of Rs 10 between Rs 850 and Rs 900. A price band of at least 16 shares has been fixed in this IPO. A maximum of 13 lots i.e. a total of 208 shares can be bid. In this case, retail investors in this IPO can bid from Rs 14,400 to Rs 1,87,200. The employees of the company will get an additional discount of Rs 85 in the IPO.

Interarch Building Products Limited has registered a total increase of 34.6 percent in its earnings in the financial year 2023 and it has increased to Rs 1,123.93 crore. Earlier in the financial year 2022, the company had earned a total of Rs 834.94 crore. At the same time, the company’s profit in the financial year 2023 was Rs 81.46 crore and in the financial year 2022 it was Rs 17.13 crore.
