Australia clean sweep Scotland, Cameron Green’s magic worked in the third T20

In the third and final T20 match of the series, Australia’s Cameron Green showed his brilliance with the ball and bat. While bowling first, Green took the maximum of 3 wickets and then while chasing the target, he played an important innings of 62* runs with the help of 2 fours and 5 sixes in 39 balls for the team.

Australia won the third match played at Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh by 6 wickets. In the match, Australia won the toss and decided to bowl, which proved to be absolutely right for them. Batting first, Scotland scored 149/9 runs in 20 overs. During this, Brandon McMullen played the biggest innings for the team, scoring 56 runs in 39 balls with the help of 3 fours and 3 sixes.

Australia won the match 23 balls in advance

Chasing a target of 150 runs in the match, Australia scored 153/4 runs and won the match 23 balls earlier i.e. in 16.1 overs. Australia had a bad start while chasing the target. The team lost its first wicket in the form of Jake Fraser-McGurk (00) in the second over at a score of just 02 runs. Then the team lost its second wicket in the form of Travis Head (12) in the fourth over at a score of 18 runs. After this, captain Mitchell Marsh and Cameron Green took over the innings. Both played a partnership of 61 (36 balls) runs for the third wicket.
