Before the by-elections in Uttar Pradesh (UP), Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On Sunday (November 3, 2024), he reached the national capital New Delhi to meet him, where both of them met in the evening at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg.
This meeting of Narendra Modi-Yogi Adityanath at PM residence was said to be very important for many reasons. This is because after Diwali, the UP CM came out of the state and during this time he met a senior BJP leader. In political circles it was also described as a formal courtesy gift of Diwali.
By the way, there are elections on nine assembly seats in UP, due to which this meeting is also likely to have political significance. Of the nine assembly seats where elections are held, five are held by the BJP-led NDA and four by the Samajwadi Party (SP).
Yogi Adityanath Some time ago, during election rhetoric, he had said, “If we divide, we will be divided.” His statement went viral from the streets to the social media, after which the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Had said during the speech that if one is there then one is safe. However, a new logo has been released for the Mahakumbh to be held in January 2025 in Prayagraj, UP, so this meeting can happen for that also.
