India vs New Zealand 3rd Test: Shubman Gill performed brilliantly during India’s first innings in the Mumbai Test. He played an inning of 90 runs. Although Gill missed scoring a century. Thanks to this innings, he completed 800 test runs in this calendar year. Shubman is the second batsman from India and sixth in the world to do so. Yashasvi Jaiswal has also scored more than 800 test runs in 2024.

Yashasvi-Gil’s strong test performance in 2024 –

Yashasvi is second in terms of scoring most Test runs this year. He is at number one in the list of Indian players. Yashasvi has scored 1114 runs in 11 test matches. He has scored two centuries and seven half-centuries during this period. Yashasvi has also scored a double century. Whereas Shubman has scored 805 runs in 10 test matches. During this period he has scored 3 centuries and 3 half-centuries. His best score has been 119 not out.

India’s brilliant performance in Mumbai Test –

Team India had all out New Zealand on the score of 235 runs in the first innings. In the second innings, till the time of writing the news, 8 wickets had been taken at the score of 170 runs. In response, India scored 263 runs in the first innings. Gill and Rishabh Pant scored half-centuries for India. Pant played an inning of 60 runs. Team India’s bowlers have also shown their strength in this match.
