Former JDU leader Ram Jatan Sinha joins Congress, seeks resignation from CM Nitish

Bihar Politics: Former Bihar minister and senior leader Ram Jatan Sinha joined Congress on Wednesday. He joined Congress in New Delhi in the presence of Rajya Sabha MP Syed Nasir Hussain, Bihar Congress in-charge Pawan Khera and state president Akhilesh Singh. Let us tell you that Ram Jatan Sinha was earlier in Congress. Later he joined JDU. However, he had resigned from JDU as well. On Wednesday, he has returned home to Congress. At the same time, after joining Congress, attacking the CM, he said that Nitish Kumar should resign.

On his return to Congress, Ram Jatan Sinha said that he is busy with work and when he goes home, he must be happy. When a person who serves, who lives outside, returns home, the same happiness that he feels is being felt by me today. I will strengthen the party organization with my capability. I will work along the party line. Further attacking the Nitish government, he said that the reins of governance are not in the hands of the state government. It is in the hands of a few officers there. If bridges are falling due to the officers, then who will take action against them?

The state president praised

Praising Ram Jatan Sinha, state president Akhilesh Singh said that his career started with the student movement and people of that era know that he won the student union elections by defeating Lalu ji. After this, his political career became a minister in the Bihar government. He became an MLA four times and not only remained associated with politics for a long time but also became the president of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee. Congress got a lot of fame during the tenure of Ram Jatan Sinha. Congress became strong on the ground.

Further he said that while welcoming Ram Jatan Sinha, we can say that under his guidance the organization will definitely get strengthened in the upcoming assembly elections and there will be enthusiasm in the Congress family as well.
