You can answer from e-filing portal
We always have to respond carefully to the notice of the Income Tax Department. We should read the notice carefully. Most of the notices are related to not providing correct information about income, incorrect TDS information and lack of details. For this, you should first go to the e-filing portal. After this, you will have to go to the e-proceeding section. Here you will not only be able to see your notice but will also be able to respond to it electronically. You have to keep all the documents ready. These include Form 16, bank statement and investment documents.
One should know the difference between information and notice
