Kangana Ranaut: Kangana Ranaut has done a land deal worth crores of rupees in Mumbai, is about to open her own office

Properties in Mumbai: Bollywood actress and Lok Sabha MP Kangana Ranaut has made a big land deal in Mumbai. She has made this deal for about Rs 1.56 crore in Andheri, one of the posh areas of Mumbai. She is going to open her office here. Kangana Ranaut made this deal on 23 August and has also paid stamp duty of Rs 9,37,500 for this.

The project will be completed in 2026, the area is 407 square feet

The space that Kangana Ranaut has bought for her office in Andheri West is 407 square feet. According to the registration document, Propstack has claimed that the space bought by Kangana Ranaut will be in the Arch One office complex. It has been developed by Chandra Gupta Estates. Its registration with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is dated October 2022. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

Amitabh Bachchan has bought property worth Rs 100 crore

In recent days, Bollywood actors and actresses have made big land deals in Mumbai. These people have invested their money in residential as well as commercial properties. These include Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt. Amitabh Bachchan has bought property worth about Rs 100 crore in a year. Apart from Ayodhya, he has also bought land in Alibaug. Property prices in Mumbai are increasing by 6 to 8 percent every year, so many film stars are now investing heavily in it. They also get huge rent from this.

A part of the Bandra bungalow was demolished in 2020

Money Control has tried to contact Kangana Ranaut’s team regarding this land deal. But, they have not confirmed the deal yet. Kangana Ranaut had said in an interview last year that BMC had demolished a part of her bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra in 2020. For this, she had demanded compensation. But now she does not want this compensation. After making her career in films, Kangana Ranaut is now a BJP MP from Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal Pradesh. She defeated Congress’ Vikramaditya Singh, who is the son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.
