Viral Video: Britain’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has gifted special sweets to Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose video is going viral on social media. In the viral video, Sunak is referring to the barki made by his mother, while Zelensky is seen enjoying Indian sweets (barfi).

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has disclosed this incident in an interview. Sunak can be heard saying in the interview that my mother made some Indian sweets, which also had delicious barfi. Which my mother makes very wonderful. Which I gave to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to eat. Zelensky really liked that Indian sweet. After eating it, he praised a lot.

Sunak further told that then both of us were talking. That’s why Zelensky was feeling hungry. In such a situation, I presented sweets to him through my mother. Rishi Sunak has shared a heart touching video on Instagram, in which it is written that ‘It is not every day that Volodymyr Zelensky tries your mother’s homemade sweets.

Zelensky was on a UK tour

Significantly, Ukraine’s President Zelensky recently visited Britain during his European tour, where he talked about getting new weapons from Britain to retaliate against Russia. This was his second visit to the UK since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. During his visit, Zelensky thanked Britain saying that we are grateful and it is a privilege for me to be here.

Sunak said during Zelensky’s visit that Britain would provide Ukraine with hundreds of air defense missiles and additional unmanned aerial systems, which would be delivered in the coming months. Not only this, Sunak announced during this time that new drones with a range of more than 200 kilometers are also included in the new weapons to be given to Ukraine.
