B Srinivasan became DG of NSG, Modi government issued order

The Modi government at the center on Tuesday (27 August) appointed 1992 batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer B Srinivasan as the new Director General of the National Security Guard (NSG). Srinivasan, a 1992 batch Bihar cadre IPS officer, took over as the NSG Director General after Nalin Prabhat was appointed as the Special DG of Jammu and Kashmir.
