Husband killed his wife because of his affair with another woman, tied brick to the body and threw it in the pond

Husband Beat His Wife To Death In Nawada: A news that puts the relationship to shame has come out from Bihar’s Nawada, where a husband who had been with his wife for seven lives, beat his wife to death and left her drowned in water. The husband got his wife out of the way because she had an illicit relationship with another woman. The police made this big disclosure after the husband’s arrest. The case is from Mahuli village of Rupau police station area, where the deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Babita Devi, wife of Upendra Yadav. The police have recovered the body of the deceased from the pond of Kasmahara.

Husband murdered woman due to illicit relationship

On 24th August, brother of the deceased, Sunil Yadav, had given a written application to Rupau police station in-charge Vinay Kumar and accused his brother-in-law of murdering his sister, after which the police started investigating the whole matter. In the application, the brother had said that my brother-in-law tortures my sister and on 20th August also my brother-in-law had beaten her. Brother of the deceased, Sunil Kumar said that my brother-in-law has an illicit relationship with a woman and my sister used to oppose this and when she opposes, he often beats my sister.

Here, police station in-charge Vinay Kumar told that on 27th August, the deceased’s husband Upendra Yadav was brought to the police station for questioning. Upendra Yadav confessed to killing his wife and then told the police where he had thrown the dead body of the deceased. He himself went and pulled his wife out of the water, where Upendra Yadav first beat his wife badly and then killed her by strangling her. After the murder, he tied bricks to his wife’s hands and feet and took her to a pond 500 meters away from the house late at night and threw her into the water.

The deceased’s husband had killed his wife on 22nd August and threw her body in water to hide the evidence. When the police took out the body of the deceased, it had completely decomposed. There was a foul smell. The woman’s body has been sent to Patna for postmortem on the orders of the Senior Superintendent of Police.

The husband revealed that he had an illicit relationship with the woman

Arrested Upendra Yadav has revealed that I was having an illicit relationship with a woman and my wife used to oppose it, due to which we made this plan ourselves and beat my wife to get rid of her, due to which she died and then took her to the water and buried her. He called the brother of the deceased and told him that your sister has run away from home in anger, but when his brother reached his sister’s in-laws’ house, he saw the blood stains at that time, then he got suspicious.
