CM Arvind Kejriwal will protest by burning copies of the ordinance of the Center, this is the complete plan

Delhi Ordinance Bill: The Aam Aadmi Party is now preparing to hit the road once again against the central government’s ordinance regarding the powers of the Delhi government. Senior AAP leader and cabinet minister Saurabh Bhardwaj on Friday (June 30) held a press conference at the party headquarters and gave detailed information about the street protests against the ordinance.

He said that on July 3, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along with all the ministers and MLAs of Delhi will protest by burning copies of the central ordinance at the party headquarters. After this, on July 5, copies of the black ordinance will be burnt in all the assemblies and from July 6 to 13 in every locality, street and crossroads of Delhi.

Center has cheated Delhi – Saurabh Bhardwaj
Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the people of Delhi are not happy with this black ordinance and the central government has cheated Delhi. Due to this the people of Delhi are very angry. Saurabh Bhardwaj said that through LG, BJP wants to capture Delhi in an unconstitutional manner. Now even the staunch supporters of BJP are against the black ordinance of the Centre.

‘BJP-central government wants to take revenge on Delhiites’
Senior AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said that for the first time in 2013, the people of Delhi elected Arvind Kejriwal as their chief minister. Then again in 2015 by giving 68 out of 70 seats and for the third time in 2020 by giving 62 out of 70 seats, Delhiites elected Arvind Kejriwal as their Chief Minister. It can be said that Arvind Kejriwal’s name has always been included in the most famous Chief Ministers of the country. The BJP, along with its entire central leadership, put in full force in all the three elections, but they were defeated in Delhi. Now the BJP and the central government want to take revenge from the people of Delhi.

‘This causes a lot of trouble to the central government’
He said Arvind Kejriwal’s government is providing free electricity, free water, free world class education system, world class schools, free medicine and treatment in hospitals and mohalla clinics, free bus travel for women, free pilgrimage for the elderly, to the people of Delhi. It is providing all kinds of facilities, but the central government also suffers a lot due to this. When a BJP minister goes to a state, people there say that we want a government like Arvind Kejriwal. When all the tricks of the central government failed in the elections, now they want to take an illegal occupation of Delhi through LG in any way. This black ordinance is the method of the same illegal occupation.

‘Kejriwal was right in saying that he…’
Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the constitutional bench of 5 judges of the country’s biggest court has decided that Delhi government has the right to transfer-posting of officers. The Aam Aadmi Party fought for this for 8 and a half years. Arvind Kejriwal used to say rightly that these rights belong to the elected government of Delhi, but the central government and the BJP lied to the people of Delhi. These rights were always given to the elected government of Delhi in the constitution. The Center had forcibly occupied them. The day the Supreme Court went on vacation, revenge was taken on the people of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party by bringing this ordinance on the same night.

‘Even staunch supporters of BJP believe…’
He said that even the staunch supporters of BJP inside Delhi are saying that the central government did not do the right thing by bringing an ordinance. In a way, Delhiites have been cheated. Today in Delhi, from the poor to the middle class and from the children to the youth, they are saying that the black ordinance of the Central Government should be opposed in every way.

The cabinet minister said that the Aam Aadmi Party, along with the people of Delhi, is going to start opposing this ordinance according to a fixed programme. In which, on July 3, Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, along with all cabinet ministers and AAP’s legislative party, will burn copies of the central government’s ordinance at the Aam Aadmi Party headquarters.

He said that after this, till July 13, copies of this ordinance will be burnt in every street-locality, colony-sector, intersection-roads and every corner of Delhi. During this, all the vice presidents of Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi will ensure that copies of this black ordinance are burnt at every mandal of Delhi.
