It has been alleged that Nasir took him into his confidence and went to Jaypee builder’s office, and in the name of getting NOC etc. got him to sign several documents and took the original documents of the flat.

It has been said in the complaint lodged that Nasir told him that in a few days the NOC of your flat would come and your flat would be sold to someone else, and you would get the money. According to the victim, when Nasir did not transfer money to her account for several days, she went to Jaypee Builder’s office, where she met Navneet Saxena, an employee, who informed her that her flat had been transferred to Nasir Aftab Khan, the spokesperson said.
