Hazaribagh News: Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids are going on in Jharkhand for the last 24 hours. These raids are going on at the places of sand businessman Sanjay Singh of Hazaribagh district, from 7:00 am tomorrow. ED’s 5 member team is investigating at his residence on Mission Road. During this the entire house has been sealed and no one is being allowed to enter. According to the information received, the ED team has received many important documents from Sanjay Singh’s hideout during the raid, which is being reconstructed.

Who is Sanjay Singh?

Sanjay Singh is one of the famous businessmen of Hazaribagh. Along with this, he is also the secretary of Hazaribagh Cricket Association. His elder brother (Rajiv Kumar Singh) is serving as DGP in Manipur. He has recently opened a clinic in front of Sadar Hospital. He has also been the head of Kolayvar of Arrah. Along with sand, contracting, investing money in the film world is also a part of their business. In such a situation, a big raid of ED has been seen in Hazaribagh. This partner of Bihar’s well-known sand business Jagannarayan Singh is also said to be. This whole matter is said to be related to sand mining in Aurangabad, Bihar.

What is the whole matter?

The Enforcement Directorate on Monday raided 24 locations in Bihar and West Bengal, including 9 in Dhanbad, 1 in Hazaribagh, under money laundering, in the case of Babu earning crores from illegal mining in Bihar. The houses of Punj Singh, Jagannarayan Singh, Surendra Jindal, Ashok Jindal and Mithilesh Singh of Dhanbad along with their offices have been raided. Apart from this, raids have been conducted at the residence of Bihar’s MLC Radha Charan Sah and his partner Ashok Kumar at Bhojpur and Sanjay Singh at Hazaribagh. All these businessmen are associated with Broadson and Aditya Multicom, a sand mining company in Bihar. The action of this case by ED is going on from the year 2021.

4. Raids on Punj Singh’s residence located in Alaulik Casa near Memco.
5. Raid at Mithilesh Singh’s residence located in Alaulik Casa near Memco.
6. Raid at Surendra Jindal’s residence in Dhaiya Chanchani Colony.
7. Raid on Ashok Jindal’s residence at Nutandih in Sindri.
8. Action taken at Sanjay Singh’s residence in Hazaribagh.
