Giving details of the incident, Dwarka DCP M Harshvardhan said that the accused has been identified as Sahil Kumar, a contractual employee of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB), who lived with a woman in West Delhi’s Tilak Nagar, but this year There was a fight between the two in January, due to which the girl left him. After this, the accused wanted to take revenge from the girl.

Police said that on June 30, the accused called the girl on the pretext of conversation and attacked her in the car itself. He hit her on the head in the car with a hammer, after which she fainted. The accused understood that the girl had died, in such a situation, he started roaming around to throw her dead body in a drain or somewhere else. Meanwhile, he hit a car parked outside a hotel in Dwarka Sector-3. After this the hotel owner tried to stop the car, but the accused started running away. However, he was caught after going some distance.

After this, when people peeped inside the car, a girl was lying there. The people present there saw the girl’s hands and feet trembling, after which the police were called. People immediately took the girl to the hospital and the police arrested the accused. The condition of the girl is said to be critical at present.
