Muslim wing of RSS advocates for Uniform Civil Code, talks about campaigning across the country

Uniform Civil Code: Before the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year i.e. in 2024, the debate about the Uniform Civil Code has intensified. Meanwhile, the Muslim Rashtriya Manch, now associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has supported the Uniform Civil Code. This organization says that it should be prepared keeping in mind the interests of the people of the Muslim community and for this the Muslim National Forum is preparing to run an awareness campaign across the country. Not only this, Indresh Kumar, the chief convenor of this forum, claimed that the Muslims present in other countries do not have any problem with this.

According to the report of India Today, referring to all the countries around the world, Indresh Kumar said, “There are many countries, including Islamic countries, which follow one law and order for all. Here there is one law for everyone. America This is happening in Canada, Germany, England and many other countries. Muslims living in these countries have no problem with this. There Muslims follow the same law, yet why do Muslims in India doubt it? ?”

Awareness campaign will start
The chief convenor of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch alleged that many so-called secular parties have been intimidating people in the name of Uniform Civil Code for the past several years. He said that there are misunderstandings and many apprehensions in the minds of the people regarding this. That’s why we will start an awareness campaign from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Indresh Kumar has given his statement after the notice of the Law Commission, in which advice and comments have been sought regarding the Uniform Civil Code. He said that UCC will be issued respecting all religions in the country. All religions will be respected equally under this law.

The RSS-affiliated Muslim Rashtriya Manch may have pitched for a Uniform Civil Code, but most Muslim organizations across the country are opposing it. There is a lot of politics going on regarding this. Muslim organizations say that this will affect their religion and rules and regulations the most. Explain that there is talk of making a law in India under the Uniform Civil Code, which will be implemented for people of every caste and religion. From divorce to property, marriage and all kinds of things, this law will be applicable.
